You can cancel or request a refund on any of our subscriptions — Ra.TV, myBodyGraph, and Maia Mechanics — at any time.
Refunds
We offer a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your purchase. Once we process it, the refund typically takes 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
Cancelling
Many subscriptions can be cancelled from your account settings. If you're not able to cancel yourself — or your cancellation is showing as "pending" and hasn't gone through — just reply here or email [email protected] and we'll complete it for you. Once it's cancelled, you won't be charged again.
To request a refund
Contact us within 30 days of your purchase and tell us which product or subscription it's for. We'll process it and confirm by email.
