Once you submit your Endowment Discount application, here's what to expect.
How long does processing take?
Endowment applications are reviewed and processed manually by our team. This typically takes 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your discount has been applied to your account.
What products are excluded?
The Projector and Saturn Endowment discounts apply to almost all educational products at Jovian Archive. However, the following are excluded:
Maia Mechanics Imaging (MMI) software — desktop and online versions
Products from other teachers — content not produced by Jovian Archive
Special offers and heavily discounted items — products that are already on sale may not be eligible for an additional endowment discount
To check if a specific product qualifies, look for the text "Jovian Endowment Discount Product" under the Add to Cart button on the product page.
Can I qualify for both the Projector and Saturn Endowment?
If you meet the criteria for both (you are a Projector Type and under the age of 30), you will receive a single 20% discount. The discounts do not stack — you will receive 20%, not 40%.
Why isn't my discount applying at checkout?
If your endowment discount is not being applied at checkout:
Make sure you are logged in to the same account that received the endowment approval
Check that the product is eligible for the endowment discount (see exclusions above)
If the discount was recently approved, try logging out and back in to refresh your account
