We recently upgraded our website to give you a faster, more secure experience. As part of the migration, we moved your usernames (email addresses) from the old system so your account still exists.
However, for security reasons, we did not migrate your old passwords.
How to Log In Now
You have two simple options to access your account:
1. Log in with Google
If your account email is a Gmail address, just click “Continue with Google” on the login page. This will connect your existing account and let you sign in without creating a new password.
2. Reset Your Password
If you’d prefer to use a password, click “Forgot password?” on the login page.
Enter your email address.
Check your inbox for a password reset email.
Follow the link to set up a new password.
Once complete, you’ll be able to log in directly with your email and the new password.

Q: Why weren’t passwords migrated?
For your security, we don’t transfer or store old password data across systems. This ensures your new account is protected with modern standards.
Q: What if I don’t see the reset email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, try again or contact support.
Q: Will my purchases, history, or subscriptions still be there?
Yes. Your account data remains intact — this only affects the way you log in.
