My MMI Still doesn't work. What can I do?

If MMI is still not functioning correctly, we’ll need some additional information to better understand the issue. Please follow the steps below to provide diagnostic details from the Windows Event Viewer:

Steps to Gather Error Information

  1. Open the Event Viewer:

    • Go to Start → Programs → Administrative Tools → Event Viewer.

  2. Reproduce the error:

    • Launch MMI and attempt to export a PDF (or perform the action that causes the issue).

  3. Return to the Event Viewer:

    • In the left-hand panel, expand Windows Logs and select Application.

  4. Locate the error record:

    • Look for entries associated with MMI.

    • If you don’t see an MMI entry, check under Microsoft .NET instead.

  5. Capture screenshots:

    • Open the error entry and take screenshots of both the General and Details tabs.

  6. Send us the screenshots:

    • Include both images in your message to our support team so we can analyze the cause of the issue.
