Save a Chart
To save a chart:
Go to File → Save from the main menu.
A folder tree will appear, allowing you to select where you want to save the chart.
Click the desired folder, then click OK to confirm.
If no folder is selected, the chart will be saved at the root level of the tree.
Save As
If you want to save a copy of an existing chart without overwriting the original:
Go to File → Save As from the main menu.
Enter a new chart name to create a separate copy.
This is useful for creating alternate versions or preserving earlier work.
Saving Chart Images
You can save any chart as an image file:
From the main menu, choose File → Save as Image,
orRight-click the chart and select Save as Image from the context menu.
A Save As dialog will appear, allowing you to choose:
The save location
The file name (default name is the chart’s title, but you can rename it)
Image Formats
By default, MMI saves chart images in PNG (.png) format, offering high-quality graphics and efficient file size.
Other available formats include:
Bitmap (.bmp)
JPEG (.jpg)
To select a different format:
Use the Save as Type drop-down menu at the bottom of the Save As dialog.
