Printing charts

Updated this week

To print a chart in MMI:

  1. Go to File → Print from the main menu,
or right-click on the chart image and select Print from the context menu.

  2. The Print Dialog window will appear, allowing you to:

    • Adjust printer settings

    • Choose from the available print layouts

Print Layouts

  • The available layouts depend on both the chart type and the edition of MMI you are using.

  • Layout options are listed on the left-hand side of the Print Dialog window.

  • To select layouts, check the boxes next to the desired options.

  • Clicking on the text label of each layout will show a preview on the right-hand side.

Once your selections are made:

  1. Click Print to begin the printing process.

  2. The Print Dialog window will close, and a Progress Dialog will appear to display the printing status.

  3. If multiple layouts are selected, they will be queued and printed sequentially.

  4. You can continue using MMI while printing is in progress.

Printer Settings

To modify printer settings:

  1. Click Printer Settings at the bottom-left corner of the Print Dialog.

  2. You can adjust the printer, paper size, and resolution as needed.

Note:

Changing the print resolution may cause the page layout to trim or shift slightly during printing.
