To create a Family Penta Chart in Maia Mechanics Imaging:

Go to File → Create New → Family Penta Chart from the main menu.

1. Go to File → Create New → Family Penta Chart from the main menu.

A data entry form will open, allowing you to select the Rave Charts that will be combined to form the desired Penta Chart.
