Reset password

Please follow the steps below to reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page and click on 'forgot password'

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Jovian Archive account

  3. Check your email for a message containing a link to reset your password

  4. Click on the link provided to proceed to the password reset page

  5. Enter a new password of your choice

Please ensure that the new password is strong and unique, consisting of at least eight characters with a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.

If you aren't receiving your password reset email, there are a few possibilities:

  • It’s in your spam or junk folder, please double check

  • You didn’t verify your email after creating your account

  • You signed up with a different email address
